THE ROLE
Evins Communications is looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to join our team and help shape the digital presence of some of the most iconic names in luxury, lifestyle, travel, food, wine & spirits.
If you're the person your friends DM when something's trending before it blows up, if you can write copy that actually sounds like a human (not a brand robot), and if you've got strong opinions about what makes content hit — we want to talk to you.
You'll be at the center of where strategy meets creativity: building content that doesn't just look good, but actually moves people, builds communities, and gets results our clients care about.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
  • Building social strategies and content calendars that tie into campaigns, cultural moments, and brand goals — basically, knowing what to post, when, and why
  • Creating content that stops the scroll: copy, graphics, short-form video, and platform-native storytelling (you know the difference between a TikTok and an Instagram Reel, and so does your content)
  • Getting hands-on at activations, events, and experiential moments — shooting and producing content in real time
  • Owning day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and community management across platforms
  • Staying plugged into trends, platform updates, and culture before everyone else catches on — and turning that into strategy
  • Teaming up with account, PR, and creative folks to make sure every story lands across earned, owned, shared, and influencer channels
  • Writing copy that flexes across platforms, audiences, and campaign goals
  • Managing influencer and creator partnerships — from content approvals to performance reporting
  • Digging into analytics to figure out what's working, what's not, and what to do next
  • Running competitive audits and social listening to spot opportunities before they're obvious
  • Supporting agency-side marketing — social, website content, decks, newsletters, thought leadership
  • Helping create polished presentations and client-facing materials
  • Keeping every piece of content on-brand, on-point, and on-time

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 3–5+ years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (agency experience is a big plus)
  • A track record of building social strategies that actually drove results — bonus points if it was for lifestyle, luxury, travel, hospitality, or food & bev brands
  • Writing skills that flex between brand voices without losing your edge
  • Confidence creating content yourself — photography, short-form video, platform-native edits, all of it
  • Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and whatever's next
  • Comfort with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Loomly, plus Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and PowerPoint
  • A solid grasp of analytics, paid social, and what good performance reporting actually looks like
  • Strong organizational skills — you can juggle five things and still hit deadlines
  • Great communication and collaboration energy
  • An eye for detail that borders on perfectionism (in the best way)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range: $70,000 – 90,000/yr
