Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position would be trained by and report to the Office Manager. Duties include assisting management and staff with scheduling meetings, conference room logistics coordination, reception/gate-keeping functions, and being the first face our clients and guests see & speak with.



General Administrative duties; copying, scanning, filing, etc.
Reception duties; greeting visitors, answering phones, meeting setup/breakdown, etc.
Email correspondence
Calendar maintenance and schedule management
Assigning conference rooms and conference lines
Assist Office Manager with day-to-day activities, screen calls, and keep messages
Accept and distribute Food/UPS/FedEx/Messenger deliveries throughout the day



3+ years’ experience as Admin staff
College degree (2yr minimum)
Professional & courteous phone rapport
Superb oral & written communication, and organization skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook & MS Office applications
Personable, team oriented
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
